Stealth / Action Vertical slice

With 13 students we've created a vertical slice in 3 months of a stealth action game in 3D. I was the producer in the team and I took care of the planification of the project with sprint organization. We were on Jira for the first time so I've managed to simplify and optimize the tool for a better use to the team. I took care of planning tasks, team management but also marketing plan, social media communication and benchmark.
